Honda Sevenfifty
SCRAMBLER
The Honda has become one of my favorite bikes over the past few months. Very reliable and sporty at the same time. After I gave her a new look last year, the ugly duckling became a beautiful swan.
However, it took a few years from the first draft to the finished bike, as other bike projects repeatedly took precedence during this time.
At the end of 2021, the Honda was finally put on the lifting platform in earnest and completed by April 2022.
What was changed: In addition to all the usual and necessary paint work, I gave the Sevenfifty a new seat, a completely custom-made 4-2 exhaust system from Cobra Exhaust, speedometer from motogadet, small turn signals and a discreet rear light in the shortened frame loop.
New tires (Pirelli Scorpion Rallye STR), new handlebars, mirrors, etc. In addition, the license plate has been moved to the side to keep the Scrambler’s line clean. Fenders were completely custom made including brackets. New Suspension from YSS.
Number plates and heat protection tape now round off the off-road character of the Honda.
I’ve been riding the bike every week for a year now. The Pirelli has also made a reasonably useful figure on snow – hats off. It’s fun and has brought the child of the 90s back to the year 2022/23.
